WolfTraxx Today doing bizzness with Qwest

Have you ever done bizzness with Qwest? If so I'll bet you went and found some liquid spirits after. Case n poin, ordered phone and DSL service with them. The order taker most likel someone working their way through college at some in calling service somewhere. In essence not someone whse elevator goes to the top floor. The gal sets up the order, but sezz it'll be there on the 6th of August from noon to five. Good I say, so I stay home all day Monday which cost me $500.00 . But I kow techs get busy, but some paper pusher, set up my install for Tuesday the 7th today. So again I stay at the office all day, noon they show up. But no modem. So no wired internet. So then UPS shows up with the modem. So I set it up finally have it going, but no Outlook Xpress. So I call their tech people who are about as useful as a bucket under a bull, come to find out you need to order email, from Qwest an additional charge. Most Internet Service Providers include that. So why could the original order taker do this. I now list Qwest as number 2 in my list of utilityfirms that really sucks. Comcast cable is number one, however they at least have local office in Salt Lake City where if crap hits the wall, you can at least g bend someones arm and chew off their ear. I'm going to Twin Falls in the morning, to get the gig fixed with Qwest, but I long for the days like in Hazzard, when you could get service and if it messed up you could go to a local office to rag on someone to get the dern thing fixed. If these telecomm outfits are going to offer these services, they ought to at least get the right people who really belong to the company and know something instead of being absolutely stupid. Glad none of the people I have working for me are that way. When someone hires on at AyreWolf Aviation here no matter the job, outside of pilots, and our pilots are already trained, but our ground support, office people etc are trained . Granted we do pay more than most $10.00 an hour starting wage, which is fair for starter pay, but you know the phone company like Qwest is payin at minimum of $15.00 an hour or better to these call takers and yet they seem to always draw up short. It just grabs your six when you have to deal with stupid. If they are going to college I hope they are doing better than the ability thy display being a call taker. If not our olleges and universities need to improve but thats a subject for another blog entry. Okay outside of that got a bum up in mood, the big boys at Southern Eagle Trucking our parent company is going to take Tammy and her other boyfriend to court to get my other computer among other things back. And a local radio station albeit we have to buy the time, but a local radio station is looking like they are going to give a green light to Hazzard County Radio, albeit for only 2 hours each Saturday morning 06:00 to 08:00 but its a start. Duane Anderson, is going to fix up LexiBelle, and I think I have a candidate in BlackFoot Idaho to be on our TV ad's so I think we are on at least the tarmac ready to take off. Its been a long haul but at least we are getting there. As I close, if any Qwest call takers or business sales people read my blog all I need to say is I will not be in much of a big hurry to pay my bill, and if your computer internet DSL techs and ll can't do their jobs any better than I experinced, quit. Nuff sedd
